After your account has been migrated, you might have a few questions about how billing works in the new system. For example, where to find your invoices, how to manage your services, or what to do if you need to make changes.

In this post, we’ll walk you through how to manage your hosting and billing settings from our Hosting Panel. We’ll also explain what’s changing, what’s staying the same, and how we’re handling any billing issues that may have come up during the transition.

Managing billing, cancelling services, or requesting refunds

It is perfectly normal to review your services after they have been migrated to a new host. Whether you are checking what was moved over, ensuring that nothing is missing, or want to discontinue something you no longer need, we will show you how to do it.

Managing billing and orders

Even though the Client Area, or Hosting Panel as we call it here, may look different, you will find out that we have laid it out in such a way that it is extremely easy to navigate. The menu on the left hand-side of your screen has links to every part of the Panel: from domains, services, orders, invoices, and anything in between.

To access your billing and orders, simply click Billing. That will expand a menu with all the billing-related links. In there you will find Orders (you can also click on your initials in the top-right of the screen, which will also send you to your orders).
