What is changing?
From your next service renewal date, your services will be provided by OVI Hosting Pvt. Ltd to better align our global operation with regional needs. As part of this transition, your applicable Service Terms and invoicing entity will be updated accordingly.
What does this mean for you?
- There will be no interruption to your services.
- Your existing services, pricing, and support arrangements will continue without change.
- Future invoices issued from your next renewal will reflect the updated entity details, including currency and applicable tax treatment based on the updated billing entity.
Updated Terms
The updated terms and conditions applicable from your next renewal are available here: https://hosting.com/about/service-terms/. These terms will govern your continued use of the services from the renewal date.
Do I need to do something?
You do not need to take any action. Your continued use of our services following your renewal date will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of this updated contracting arrangement.
