Customer receives an email notifying then when a monitor resource is unresponsive.

Service Monitor
Monitors: Disk Space and Server Service-Level (i.e. Hosting.com monitors log on to the server and validate that a localized server service is running)

Active Response
When a monitor triggers an alert, Hosting.com engineers will immediately begin working the issue. Customer will be contacted via phone if assistance is required.

Application Validation
Hosting.com monitors will test the monitored applications (i.e. monitors can check for existence of text on a web page, perform a database query to check for a successful response, or perform a SMTP send response)
